About Abigail Kindler, Ph.D. (formerly Abigail Zisk)

Originally from Northern Virginia, I moved to Charleston, South Carolina, when I was going into high school. I stayed in the Carolinas for college, going to Duke University for my undergraduate degree, before getting my PhD in clinical psychology at the University of Delaware. While in grad school, I completed extensive clinical training at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). After moving to NYC for internship at NYU Langone-Bellevue Hospital and fellowship at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital Westchester Division/Weill Cornell Medicine, I returned to Philadelphia, working as a psychologist at CHOP and an assistant professor of clinical psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania.

Now a proud resident of the Philly suburbs, I enjoy spending time outside and attending local sporting events with my family in my free time. I am licensed in New York and Pennsylvania, and I am currently accepting virtual clients from both of those states.
